Resident of the Royal College of Chiropractic Sport Sciences

Dr. Fischer is a board certified chiropractor in the province of Alberta and resident of the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada). He graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, he pursued his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, California. As a chiropractic intern, Dr. Fischer served in SCU’s Tactical Sports Medicine Department where he worked under the guidance of Diplomates of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP). Dr. Fischer graduated from SCU with Summa Cum Laude honors.

Dr. Fischer is a former ACAC and USPORT athlete; he competed for the Medicine Hat College Rattlers and the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns Men’s Basketball teams. Upon retirement from basketball, he returned as an athletic trainer for the Pronghorns and worked as a strength and conditioning coach in the high performance room at the University. During his chiropractic education, he provided sideline medical support to local high school football teams and volunteered for both AIDS/LifeCycle and the USMC Recon Challenge.
