Managing Director
Val joined the team in early 2020 in the position of Managing Director where she leads the company’s operations.
She brings over 20 years of experience in management, sales, marketing and customer relations from the home building and energy sectors, and offers a renewed approach to the patient experience and overall clinic vision.
Val has an educational background in Business Administration, Public Relations, Real Estate Development and numerous Management programs. As an Insights Discovery™ Licensed Practitioner, Val employs her experience and expertise in managing teams, understanding communication styles, and refining processes that lead to an exceptional experience.
Val is distinguished by her exceptional leadership and coaching skills and has published two books – From Colic to Career and The Easy Road: Steering GenZed to Success.
