Dr. Okrainetz grew up in Saskatoon, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan. He completed his Chiropractic education through the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and received additional certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University. A former national competitor in ice dance, Dr. Okrainetz is passionate about working with figure skating, dance and gymnastics athletes, helping them return to sport from injury and keeping them performing at their best. He remains actively involved with figure skating, serving as a technical official with Skate Canada. Dr. Okrainetz is a strong believer in continued education, currently undertaking a Masters in Kinesiology degree through the University of Calgary and a chiropractic sport sciences residency through the Royal College of Chiropractic Sport Sciences (Canada).
